The Classix

The Classix…Formed in 2007, these men thought that Rockford needed a new sound from an "Oldies" band, something that featured strong three part harmony to go along with classic songs. That catalyst started The Classix band; the group performs songs from the last 50 years of Rock n Roll, from such artists as The Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Guess Who, Three Dog Night, Journey, Chuck Berry, Monkees, Eric Clapton, Dion and the Belmont’s, and many, many more. It’s not that their selection of artists differs a great deal from other groups out there, but the song choices and their harmonies will set them apart from all the rest.  See the Classix perform on Friday evening at 7:30 pm.
